Shirley Wogsland was born to Arvin and Elsie Wogsland. She later married Jerome Kitzke. Together they had two sons. He preceded her in death. Shirley spend her last 8 years near her family at River Oaks in Lenoir City, TN. She died February 19th, 2009 in Knoxville, TN and was buried at the St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline, Ill.
